Yes definitely إن شاء الله What we like about online school is there is less distraction and social pressure for the child, enabling them to keep more focused on the task set than in school where there are many distractions. Our teachers are just as good and as qualified and have smaller class sizes than school.

This is only something you and your child can figure out as its very dependent on the child’s character and the other alternatives. Some children do struggle with learning online and others thrive but الحمد لله we offer a free 2 day trial for those in doubt!

Does an online school technically mean my children are home schooled?

Yes, it does as your children are learning from home and it is perfectly legal in a lot of countries such as the UK, UAE and USA but you will have to check your countries regulations. Here are a few links with more info on home schooling in the UK, UAE and USA

https://www.gov.uk/home-education if your based in the UK,

again, please check the rules in your country

Are there class rules?

We are very strict when it comes to classroom adab and we expect the parents to have gone over classroom adabs before joining the school. We expect students to have respect for their teachers, by not calling out and instead raising their hand, calling the teacher by their full surname for example Mrs. Ahmed and not just Miss, not using a phone in the class (we encourage parents not to allow their children to use phone at this young age), no eating in class and no using the toilet (that should be done at break). Pupils must also show respect to their classmates at all times. Pupils will get rewarded for their good classroom adab ان شا الله. Parents will get a list of classroom rules in the information pack provided once you have enrolled your child.

Can someone get kicked out of the school?

Yes, we take behavior very seriously and الحمد لله generally speaking it’s a lot harder for children to mess around with online learning but should they misbehave constantly there will be 3 warnings, the 1st the child will be given an official warning by their teacher which the parents will know about, if the behavior continues, they will have a meeting with the head teacher and the child’s parents to try and work out the cause of the behavior, if it still carries on then the child will be given a last warning and probation for 2 weeks. If the child still persists, they will be removed and will lose their space in the school.

We also do try and get to the root of the problem as sometimes some children are worried about something or upset and they don’t know the right way to deal with it, so it’s for us as adults to help them ان شا الله .

If Salah clashes with one of the classes can my child stop the class for Salah?

Of course, but of if they can pray on their break, they should do that
